I had very good stay, the place is wonderful small!
I enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and clean, location was amazing near to ponte vecchio in a safe area. Superior queen room had upgrades, it was newly remodelled and pet-friendly. The service was good! Moreover, public parking nearby was appreciated.

Location, luggage room, hotel itself and its size, furnishing. Varied breakfast.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably from the dampness.

Very nice, pleasant and cosy hotel at a perfect location. The room was very spacious with a big double bed, decorated with taste. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The terrace is wonderful, too bad it was too cold to enjoy it extensively. The heating system functioned relatively well (considering it is Italy, often without proper heating systems, but only an air conditioner blowing hot air). We would be glad to come back.
The bathroom was very small and narrow with horrifyingly noisy ventilating fan which goes on with the light. The walls between the rooms were very thin. Two nights out of three we had to use the ear plugs because the neighbors, who were not very loud, but we could still hear them.

We picked the suite as the price is reasonable and the room is huge. The room is located at the ground floor which is separated from the main building of the hotel and it has our own entrance which is convenient. Breakfast is served at the hotel which you could bring the food up to the roof which has an excellent view. Breakfast selection is pretty good for Italian standard. The shower is excellent and bathroom is very big although a bit dark. Bed is huge and comfortable, and wifi works reasonably well. The location is just a minute walk across the Ponte Vecchio which is very convenient but not too touristy.
Dark bathroom. I assume the rooms of the rest of the hotel are much older and smaller.

The hotel is in the heart of Firenze center right next to the old bridge, Great location.
Room was very disappoiting. It didnt have a window, felt really dark and very small. You will expect more for a 3 start hotel and over priced.

Great location and a fabulous double tiered roof garden overlooking the Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens. A half block from the Ponte Vecchio. We found some great little restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and provided a wonderful breakfast and tourist info.
This was a unique hotel which as a former school had a lot of stairs depending upon where your room was. Next time we would book a little larger room and ask the level of the location. As 70 and 75 we came away feeling pretty fit !!

Location, location, location. Steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Beautifull terrace. Excellent front desk service. Very Europeon and totally in charachter. The breakfast was good.
The washroom was small in our room. Too small.Possibly other rooms were larger. Not suitable for those with accesibility challenges.

The location was perfect and all the staff were very helpful. The area is amongst the locals and not the tourist traps. Everything is easy walking distance. We found so many great restaurants in the many piazzas around the hotel. The rooftop is truly amazing and the bar and restaurant were both great facilities of the hotel, the bar staff were very friendly.
The bed and room were comfortable, the only suggestion we would provide is the showers could have an upgrade and supply better water prsessure as they can be seen as outdated.

The localization of the hotel is spectacular, the morning cappuccino on the upper tarase with the perfect 360* view of Florence just made my stay. Lovely and helpful staff with very good English.
Rooms need refreshing. Our family rooms bathrooms vere more 2* than anything else with some malfunctioning hydraulics :/

Location is great, not many tourists around, and all historical locations are 5 minutes walking far.
Air conditioning worked very bad, it was very hot in the room. A lot of stairs in the hotel - a bit hard with large luggage. Breakfast is poor.

Excellent hotel in great location. Hotel staff had the right balance of not being intrusive while being at hand when needed. Roof top terrace races it above ( no pun intended) a good value hotel to something a bit special!
